Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Physical Product Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@nursingschooljewels.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item(s). If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Subscription Refunds & Cancellations
By purchasing a Nursing School Jewels subscription, you are paying for immediate access to digital study materials, quizzes, and case studies.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions:

Once you log in to the platform, refunds are not possible. Our system tracks usage, and if any content has been accessed, the subscription is considered used.

If you have not logged into the platform, you may request a refund by contacting us at admin@nursingnewbie.nursingschooljewels.com within 7 days of purchase.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
